1) The corresponding author should be a faculty member from a university or research institution unless there are no faculty members among the authors. The corresponding author's email should preferably be an institutional email address.

2) When completing the online submission form, utmost care must be taken in providing accurate details of the authors, including the order, academic ranks, and affiliations. As per the regulations, no changes are permitted to the author list, order, or affiliations at any stage.

3) For doctoral students submitting a manuscript derived from their dissertation, the author order should be:

- Doctoral student's name
- Thesis supervisor (as the corresponding author)
- Co-supervisor (if applicable)
