Abstract

Introduction
Most of the rural communities in underdeveloped countries are somehow dealing with the problem of unemployment as a destructive social, economic and cultural phenomenon. In these countries as well as developed countries, solving the problem of unemployment and finding a suitable job is considered one of the most important needs of the rural society. Having a suitable job is one of the most important ways to earn a living. In the villages of Sistan and Baluchestan province and especially the villages of Kurin district of Zahedan Township as the study area of ​​the present study, unemployment, inappropriate employment, low income, etc. are the cause of many problems such as unemployment problem, low level of economic well-being, instability of livelihood and etc. for the rural households of this region and has caused an increase in rural migration to the cities of this region. Meanwhile, Sistan and Baluchestan province and especially Kurin district of Zahedan Township has a rich cultural heritage and native people (Baloch and Sistani). The culture and cultural values ​​of this region can give this opportunity to the rural households of this region to provide their own jobs and employment through culture and cultural values ​​as a product, and in this way the problems and problems have been expressed. reduce Now the question is how culture and cultural values ​​and through what variables, factors and stimuli affect job creation and rural employment. The present study tries to investigate the effects of culture on rural employment. Accordingly, these questions were raised; What effect does culture have on rural employment in Kurin district of Zahedan Township? And what are the most important factors and cultural variables affecting rural employment in Kurin district of Zahedan Township?
 
Methodology
The current research is based on the purpose of applied research and based on the nature and method of conducting descriptive-analytical research. The methods of collecting information are divided into two categories: library and field. A researcher-made questionnaire and interviews were used to collect research data and information. The statistical community includes experts in various fields such as geography (rural planning, regional planning), agricultural economics, social sciences and sociology, and rural managers/youths in Kurin district of Zahedan Township. Using the purposeful sampling method, 50 samples were selected to complete the questionnaire and conduct the interview. Two-way analysis of variance, Fisher's statistic and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were used to analyze data and information. Statistical methods were performed in Amos and SPSS software. In the present study, the validity of the measurement tool was confirmed by using content validity and using experts' opinions. In order to measure reliability, a preliminary sample including 5 pre-test questionnaires was taken and the reliability coefficient was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method, 0.90.
 
Findings
In the investigation of the linear relationship and fit between culture and rural employment in the villages of the region, in the analysis of variance and Fisher's statistic, the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.970, which shows that the independent variable explains 97 units of the changes related to the dependent variable. slow down The regression model also indicates that there is a significant correlation between culture and rural employment. So that the culture of the local community in Kurin district of Zahedan Township has increased employment among rural households. The results of the research model test and the standard estimations of the rural culture and employment model in Korin district of Zahedan Township showed that all the components of the cultural environment, cultural contexts, culture as a product and cultural identity as elements of rural and local culture in the region The study subjects are able to explain rural employment in Korin district of Zahedan Township. In this model, the culture component as a product has the highest factor load with a path coefficient of 0.63. In order, the cultural environment component with a coefficient of 0.54, the cultural identity component with a coefficient of 0.39, and finally the cultural context component with a coefficient of 0.33 are ranked next. As it is clear in this figure, the culture component as a product had the most impact on the dependent variable (rural employment).
 
Discussion and Conclusion
The research results showed that in the villages of Korin district of Zahedan Township; Unemployment, inappropriate employment, low income, etc. have become the basis for many problems such as unemployment problem, low level of economic well-being, livelihood instability, etc. for the rural households of this region. However, in the Korin district of Zahedan Township, the rich cultural heritage of the native people (Baluch and Sistani), along with the culture and cultural values ​​of this region, can give this opportunity to the rural households of this region through culture and values. culture as a product, to provide their own jobs and employment and in this way reduce the stated problems and issues. Achieving this depends on factors and components such as cultural environment, cultural contexts, culture as a product and cultural identity of rural households in this region. Based on the results of a case in Korin district of Zahedan Township, the study of the effects of culture on rural employment showed that there is a significant correlation between culture and rural employment in Korin district of Zahedan Township. So that the culture of the local community in Kurin district of Zahedan Township has increased employment among rural households and the variable of local community culture has been able to explain the changes related to the variable of rural employment.
