چکیده
تغییرات اقلیمی یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های قرن حاضر به شمار می‌رود و جوامع روستایی که معیشت آنان وابسته به منابع طبیعی است را به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. سازگاری با این تغییرات، در واقع راهبردی است برای کاهش پیامدهای منفی آن بر این جوامع. موفقیت در طراحی و اجرای راهبردهای سازگاری، پیش از هر چیز مستلزم درک صحیح و ظرفیت‌سازی در جوامع روستایی نسبت به تغییرات اقلیمی و روش‌های مواجهه با آن است. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی و تحلیل سازگاری جوامع روستایی با تغییرات اقلیمی در جنوب شرق ایران است که بخش مرکزی شهرستان نیمروز بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. این پژوهش، بر پایه ترکیبی از روش‌های توصیفی– تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و پیمایشی می‌باشد که در آن، جامعه آماری پژوهش سرپرستان خانوارهای ساکن در 16 روستای نمونه بخش مرکزی شهرستان نیمروز تشکیل دادند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران 361 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه به شیوۀ تصادفی انتخاب شده‌اند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزارهای SPSS، ArcGIS و با استفاده از مدل EDAS و آزمون های T تک نمونه ای و واریانس با اندازه‌های مکرر انجام گردیده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که اگرچه میانگین کلی سازگاری (۵۹/۳) در سطح نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار دارد، اما ناهمگونی فضایی قابل توجهی بین روستاها وجود دارد؛ به‌طوری‌که روستاهای دارای دسترسی و آگاهی بهتر (روستای فقیرلشکری) سازگاری بالا و روستاهای دورافتاده (روستای بزی علیا) سازگاری بسیار پایینی دارند. همچنین، از بین ابعاد پنج‌گانه، بُعد اقتصادی با میانگین ۹۶/۲ به عنوان ضعیف‌ترین مؤلفه و بُعد کالبدی با میانگین ۲۷/۴ به عنوان قوی‌ترین مؤلفه شناسایی شد. در کنار ضعف اقتصادی، تمایل بسیار بالا به مهاجرت در تضاد با سطح پایین کیفیت زندگی و سرمایه اجتماعی، حاکی از شکاف بین آگاهی و عمل در فرآیند سازگاری بود.

Rural Communities’ Adaptation to Climate Change in Southeastern Iran

Climate change is recognized as one of the most critical challenges of the present century, profoundly affecting rural communities whose livelihoods depend on natural resources. Adaptation to these changes serves as a key strategy to mitigate their negative impacts. The success of designing and implementing adaptation strategies requires, above all, accurate understanding and capacity building within rural communities regarding climate change and coping mechanisms. Accordingly, the present study aims to evaluate and analyze rural communities’ adaptation to climate change in southeastern Iran, with the central district of Nimruz County selected as the case study. This research employs a combination of descriptive–analytical methods, including library, documentary, and survey studies. The statistical population consists of household heads residing in 16 sample villages of the central district of Nimruz County. Based on Cochran’s formula, 361 individuals were randomly selected as the sample size. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS and ArcGIS software, applying the EDAS model, one-sample t-tests, and repeated measures ANOVA. Findings revealed that although the overall mean adaptation score (3.59) was relatively satisfactory, considerable spatial heterogeneity existed among villages. Villages with better access and awareness (e.g., Faghir Lashkari) demonstrated high adaptation, while remote villages (e.g., Bazi Aliya) exhibited very low adaptation. Among the five dimensions, the economic dimension (mean = 2.96) was identified as the weakest, whereas the physical dimension (mean = 4.27) was the strongest. Alongside economic weakness, the high tendency toward migration, contrasted with low quality of life and social capital, indicated a gap between awareness and practice in the adaptation process.
