مدل‌سازی اثرات پیوندهای روستایی- شهری بر امنیت غذایی خانوارهای سکونتگاه‌های پیراشهر دهدشت

چکیده

امروزه تغییرات الگوی مصرف مواد غذایی به علت رشد شهرنشینی، افزایش مصرف سرانه، رشد اقتصادی و تغییرات بازار مصرف از شکل محلی به تجارت جهانی اهمیت روزافزون دستیابی به امنیت غذایی را برای کشورهای مختلف و به‌ویژه کشورهای درحال‌توسعه را ضرورت می­بخشد این مطالعه به بررسی پیوندهای روستایی - شهری متاثر از جریان‌های فضایی در امنیت غذایی خانوارهای پیراشهر دهدشت می‌پردازد. روش‌ پژوهش حاضر از نوع کمی بوده و به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی انجام شده‌است. برای تعین حجم نمونه روستاها به‌صورت تصادفی از فرمول کوکران 21 روستا تعیین گردیده است، روستاهای انتخاب‌شده دارای 3538 خانوار می‌باشد. برای محاسبه حجم نمونه در بین خانوارها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 358 نمونه انتخاب و نمونه­گیری به‌صورت تصادفی انجام‌شده است. روش‌های آماری در این پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام شده‌است. علاوه بر این، از مدل معادلات ساختاری (‏SEM)‏ با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی از نرم‌افزار (‏SMART PLS 3) ‏استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که پیوندهای روستایی- شهری متاثر از جریان‌های فضایی (متغیر مستقل) با مقدار  T (27.678) و مقدار ضریب مسیر (0.745) بر امنیت غذایی (متغیر وابسته) تاثیر مثبتی دارند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره به‌صورت گام به گام نشان داد که متغیر پیوند اجتماعی با (0.509) بیشترین تاثیر و پیوند اقتصادی با (0.151) کمترین تاثیر را بر امنیت غذایی داشته‌است.
