تعیین کننده های سطح رفاه و کیفیت زندگی ساکنان روستایی (مورد مطالعه: روستاهای شهرستان ورزقان)

چکیده

ترویج حیات مناطق روستایی هدف اصلی جهاد کشاورزی و سیاست‌های ملی توسعه کشوری برای رسیدن به توسعه پایدار است. یکی از جنبه‌های کلیدی برای موفقیت این سیاست‌ها، امکان نظارت بر کیفیت زندگی در تمام ابعاد آن اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی و نیازمند اجرای ابزارهایی که قادر به شناسایی ابعاد اصلی رضایت انسان هستند اما این بسیار پیچیده است، هدف اصلی تحقیق ارزیابی رفاه و کیفیت زندگی مردم در روستاهای شهرستان ورزقان بر اساس مولفه‌های اساسی با ارجاع به نظریه قابلیت های "سن" برای جلوگیری از رها شدن روستاها است. تحقیق بصورت تحلیلی توصیفی و مشاهده ای از طریق پرسشنامه می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق جمعیت 10 روستای منتخب در شهرستان ورزقان می باشد. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران 372 نفر بدست آمد. برای تحلیل داده ها از معادلات ساختاری با روش اکتشافی و عاملی مرتبه دوم با استفاده از نرم افزارAmos و Spss انجام شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که عوامل تعیین‌کننده اصلی رفاه در زمینه ادراکات فردی، شرایط اقتصادی، امنیت، کیفیت محیطی و فرصت‌های آموزشی هستند. شرایط رفاه در روستاهای خوینرود، ونستان، و چای کندی خیرالدین، بسیار پایین است، در حالی که در مقابل، روستای وردین و کاسین بالاترین سطوح رفاه را در منطقه ورزقان ارائه می‌دهند. با تمرکز بر روستای خوینرود، می‌توانیم ببینیم که این ناحیه به مراتب کم‌ترین مقادیر را برای سه بعد اصلی از چهار بعد اصلی رفاه ارائه می‌دهد که قابل‌توجه به نظر می‌رسد. در نتیجه برای جلوگیری از رها شدن و خالی شدن روستاها باید به سطح رفاه و کیفیت زندگی ساکنان روستاها توجه مضاعف شود
